We are getting very conflicting reports from our members in regard to the
aftereffect of the 9/11 tragedy. Although everyone agrees that business was way
off in September and October, it started to pick-up slightly in November. This
season is one of the most income-producing periods for our day spa members. Is
it measuring up to last year?
Taking the declining economic situation before the "Attack on America"
into account, if your spa is doing the same business this season as last year,
then you are doing well. But are you? We are getting many calls from newspapers
and magazines wanting to know. Only YOU can tell us what we should be
telling them.
Please, help us in our quest to present the day spa industry in it's best light,
